2.Postage

(1)If the parcel weight less than 1.3kg, Free delivery to the UK whole country via Royalmail Large letter and Royalmail track 48H.

(2) We are not able to ship to Jersey since the 15, Dec. 2022.

(3)If the parcel weight over 1.3kg, Free delivery to UK General Area, but for some Remote Areas we will charge extra postage. There is an extra postage added automatically when checkout.

4.Tracking number updates

(1)For the orders placed before 9:30a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) will be processed same working day and the tracking munber will be updated same working day (except weekends and holidays).

(2)For the orders placed after 9:30a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) will be processed next working day and the tracking number also will be updated next working day.

(3)DPD tracking number should be updated next working day.
